  • Pinot Grigio

For a crisp and refreshing experience, pairing Pinot Grigio at DjonDjon means considering vegetables, seafood, and spicier dishes. Fan of Pikliz? Ask our servers about our Pinot Grigio options. Feeling shy? Consider our BOGELIN SALAD, MUSSELS, COCONUT SHRIMP, CHIKTAY SALAD, GRILLED OCOTPUS, VOODOO PASTA AND LAKAY SPAGHETTI.

  • Chardonnay

For a lean and crisp experience take a medium-bodied wine and complement it with richer dishes. Chardonnay pairs well with literally anything and everything. If you want more body, go for our Chardonnay and pair it with CRAB CAKES, KAFOU WINGS, PATE KODE, DJONDJON PAELLA, POUL FRI, BLACK MUSHROOM RAVIOLI, SALMON, BRANZINO, LAMBI.

  • Moscato

Moscato pairs well for entire meals! Consider purchasing a bottle for a full dining experience. If you are eating anything off our menu - spicy, rich, flavorful, saucy, grilled, seafood, even dessert - consider our Moscato. The sweetness will also cut the heat on dishes for those who are sensitive to spicier flavors such as our Pikliz. Moscato is typically considered more of a dessert wine. End your meal with this glass.

  • Pinot Noir

Silkier tannins and a light body with a touch of earth is what Pinot Noir is known for. This wine notoriously pairs well with mushrooms aka our VOODOO PASTA as well as seafood. Consider a bottle for a pairing heavy in MUSSELS, SALMON, CRAB CAKES, BRANZINO, GOAT DISHES AND LAMBI. We also have mushroom in some of our salad dishes. This can have cherry, fruit, mineral flavors with a savory quality and a light body. Super versatile.

  • Cabernet Sauvignon

A Cabernet Sauvignon is typically full bodied, fruit forward, and pairs well with our darkest meat, the DJONDJON Burger. also pair it with our LAKAY PASTA, and the BALI BURGER which has a base of turkey and herring. This pairs phenomenally with Cabernet Sauvignon.
